Shipping Costs:

Shipping and handling is $6.75 on all standard UPS Ground orders under $60 within the continental U.S.

*Occasionally orders may go into back-order. In this case you will be notified via email or phone and the order will ship as soon as the product is received into inventory.

Shipping usually takes between 1-4 business days for orders within the continental U.S. For estimated delivery times, please view the UPS Estimated Delivery Map.

For orders outside the continental U.S:

There is a $15.00 surcharge for all orders to Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada.

Our apologies, we cannot provide estimated delivery times for orders to Canada.

Expedited Shipping Costs:

Next Day Air = $24.95

2nd Day Air = $16.95 *Please note that orders placed after 12pm C.T. Monday-Thursday will not ship until the next day.

*Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will not ship until Monday. This means that Next Day orders placed on these days will not be received until Tuesday at the earliest.

Shipping Method: All orders are shipped via UPS.

Tracking Information: All GOGO orders have a UPS tracking number. Once the order has shipped you will receive an email with the tracking numbers.

Return & Exchange Policy: We offer a full money-back guarantee on all products returned within 30 days of purchase or receipt.

Products must be unworn and in the original packaging.

The Return/Exchange Form must also be filled out completely and included in the return box.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, but unfortunately due to the intimate nature of our products, we cannot return worn products, except in rare cases of manufacturer's defect of extenuating circumstances. If you wish to return a worn product, the return must be pre-approved by one of our team members before returning shipment.

Return Shipping: To avoid lost packages, we recommend customers utilize a return shipping method with a tracking system, such as UPS or USPS with tracking.

GOGO pays the re-shipment costs associated with exchanged orders.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.

Return & Exchange Processing: After the returned product is received, an exchange order will be placed immediately or a credit will be issued to the account within 14 business days. Credits will be issued via the original method of payment (check or credit card).

Extended Return & Exchange Policy: We extend the 30 day return/exchange policy for orders placed between Thanksgiving and December 31st. Orders received during that time period can be returned and exchanged until February 1st.
